Student Council Digital Media Club
The May Howard Student Council Digital Media Club is based on Dr Clougherty’s Nobis Project Digital Media Institute (http://www.nobisproject.org/Youth ) ” The Institute encourages students to be aware of the world around them and to consider possible solutions to difficult problems by using digital media. Participants rise to the challenge, take ownership in developing a digital media project and acquire pride in their ability to make a difference”
We’re extremely fortunate to be working with Samard Al Khazrajs (father of a fourth-grade May Howard student ) former art director and filmmaker for the Organization of Friendship, Peace and Solidarity, OFPS , his documentaries have been shown at the DW-Akademie Deutsche Welle (Berlin film Festival).
Below is a Public Service Announcement created by MHE Digital Media Club for the Kids Cafe & Second Harvest of the Coastal Empire. This PSA will be broadcast over our student morning news program prior to our food drive.
