"We want to help spread compassion. But how? Even if we are young, we can help. For example: in our classroom we can be respectful not only to our teacher but to everyone else too. Another thing we could do to show our friends and family what compassion really means is by practicing kindness in our daily lives. We can practice compassion anywhere; all we have to do is follow the ‘Golden Rule’. The ‘Golden Rule’ means to treat others the way you want to be treated. So, before you do something to someone, think: would you want this happening to you? That is how simple it is to practice compassion."
